Ignite profound change in your life

Meet Solange

Solange Jorge, MEd.

Welcome, I’m Solange and I’m passionate about the inner landscape and healing. Starting with a BA in Psychology and Somatics, I’ve continuously studied many healing modalities from the fields of psychology, philosophy, ritual, yoga, dance, meditation, and the arts. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Bessel Van der Kolk, Dr. Brian Weiss, Daniel Leven, Malidoma Some, Pema Chodron, and Eckart Tolle. Hypnotherapy combines the felt sense of the body and language to illicit profound transformation. When I experienced hypnotherapy for the first time in 2013 something just clicked. The effects of my hypnotherapy session were profound and immediate. I was able to access insights that were not previously available to me, and I felt a deep level of compassion and relief from my own suffering and symptoms thereof. Later, I decided to study Rapid Transformational Therapy and bring this elegant approach to others who could benefit. I now use my experience as an educator, poet, and empath to guide and support clients to overcome their mental and emotional blocks and wounds. If you are going through a transition, a challenge, or a blockage, RTT can be a powerful tool. Healing is an individual journey, and my mission is to stand by you, offering unwavering support as you navigate toward empowerment and renewal.

Hypnotherapy offers a compassionate and effective avenue for healing trauma by delving into the subconscious realm where traumatic memories are often stored. Through gentle guidance and focused relaxation, individuals can access their inner emotional landscapes in a safe and controlled environment. This process facilitates the reprocessing of traumatic experiences, enabling individuals to confront and release deeply ingrained emotional burdens. By incorporating techniques such as regression therapy and positive suggestion, hypnotherapy empowers individuals to reframe their perspectives, develop coping strategies, and establish a renewed sense of self-empowerment. The therapeutic alliance formed between the practitioner and the individual further nurtures trust and facilitates the gradual unraveling of trauma's grip. This integrative approach, grounded in both technical expertise and empathetic understanding, offers a pathway towards transformative healing and post-traumatic growth.
In a therapeutic context, hypnosis typically involves a trained therapist guiding the individual into a state of heightened suggestibility. During this state, the individual becomes more receptive to therapeutic suggestions, which can help address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, pain management, phobias, and habits.

The process usually begins with the therapist using calming techniques to induce relaxation. Once the individual is in a relaxed state, the therapist might use soothing language, visualization exercises, and positive affirmations to guide the person towards their therapeutic goals. This process taps into the subconscious mind, where deep-seated beliefs and patterns can be explored and modified.

Hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on their unique goals and challenges. Clients actively participate in the process and can recall the experience afterward, unlike common misconceptions of loss of memory.
